As we look back on the highlights of 2018, we are very grateful for the continued support that Lucas/Eilers receives from our clients, vendors, and friends. We feel so fortunate to have the opportunity to design projects we love for wonderful people and are appreciative of the recognition and accolades that have come our way. SOUTHERN HOME
This spring, one of our projects was featured in Southern Home magazine and showcased the designs that transformed a traditional home with great selections of art, color, and eclectic furnishings.
It is an honor to be included in such a beautiful publication. Please be on the lookout for another Lucas/Eilers project in their March/April issue next year!
LUXE RED AWARDS
We were awarded a Luxe Interiors + Design RED Award for Best Classic Interior Design in our region. We couldn’t be more pleased to receive this prestigious accolade! Congratulations to all of the honorees this year.
We can’t accept this honor without acknowledging Abercrombie Custom Homes and Architectural Solutions for their contribution to this project.
PAPER CITY DESIGN AND DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE AWARDS
We were excited to receive the award for Best in Product and Textile Design at the Paper City Design Awards for the wallcovering created in collaboration with de Gournay in our Park City project. This same project also won an International Design & Architecture Award in London in September. What a privilege to have the opportunity to create something completely unique and what an honor to have it recognized as a winner!
ASID AWARDS
This year we won three awards for one of our favorite, colorful projects! We were delighted to take home awards in the Singular Space, Best in Show and Bedroom categories. DKA/ Dillon Kyle Architects, R.B. Ratcliff & Associates, and Thompson + Hanson were amazing partners on this project!
LUXE INTERIORS + DESIGN FEATURE
We have been so thankful to Luxe for including our projects in their publications over the years. This fall our Texas Ranch project was featured and made the cover in the Houston region! Natalye Appel + Associates Architects, Jefferson Christian Custom Homes and Dawson Estes Landscape Architects were such a joy to work with on this special retreat!
In addition, we made the 2018 Gold List for our feature in 2017.
HOUSTON CHRONICLE
This year we were featured in a few Houston Chronicle stories and made the cover of the Luxe Life holiday issue showcasing our client’s beautiful home. Architectural Solutions, Thompson Custom Homes and Prewitt Read & Associates were amazing partners on this project.
